5. C/C++/Java/Html language programming
6. Troubleshooting of hardware/firmware and clarify the question/bug with function team
7. Write technical documents and training engineers.

1. Familiar with IPMI spec
2. Familiar with Aspeed BMC architecture.
3. Have 2-5 years BMC development experience.
4. Have the ability to handle BMC project independently.
5. Have ME FW experience
